I'm Alice! C&O's Founder and Director
I've always had a love for organisation and keeping things clean. While I love to get my hands dirty and get stuck in, there's no better feeling than a sparkly clean view. In 2023 I turned that love into a business, and in 2024 we went LTD!
After multiple career changes and no real certainty as to what I wanted to do with myself, I settled into a part-time admin role in the late February of 2023. But I still felt something missing. After much thought as to what makes me happy, I braved the challenge to become a self-employed cleaner. And I LOVE IT!
Not just for the aspect of fulfilling my love for all things clean and organised, but I LOVE the feeling of doing good in other peoples lives. Unfortunately there are a lot of people out there unable to take on their own cleaning. Be it due to disability, mental health, or just a plain busy lifestyle...no one wants to be cleaning on their days off!! And I love being here to help them all!
As I neared the Christmas holidays, my books were filling up and I was starting to gain a waiting list. I could see all the good help and support my services could offer others, but hated that I couldn't offer them to everyone...so I made the decision to go LTD. I changed the company name, went LTD and now have 2 lovely employees helping me support Families across the Driffield and Rural area!

What can I say?!
We have two German shepherds and when these guys have been you won’t know it.
They make sure all the hair is removed, there is no dust anywhere in sight and that everything is down to such a high standard.
No job is to big or small.
They helped me organise my kitchen, under the stairs cupboard and help me organise a laundry room.
Always great with my family and my dogs.
